What actors died during the filming of a movie?

Despite the security measures, during a shoot there can be all kinds of mishaps. Some, like these, have been lethal for the actors.

Undoubtedly, one of the cases that has had the most media impact in the history of cinema was the death of Brandon Lee, son of Bruce Lee, while filming the movie The Raven, in 1993. During a scene in which a shooting took place , Lee was hit in the stomach by the remains of a projectile, which by mistake had been loaded on a weapon that should only fire blanks. Even more gruesome was the death of Vic Morrow, on the set of In the limits of reality (1983). At one point, the actor was in a river, trying to rescue two children he had with him.
